Hi,
i want to know if EAD is required to work from home in the US. My husband works for a US based company in India. I am travelling to the US on L1 visa. If i want to take my spouse(on L2) to the US, can he work from there without EAD? I know EAD would take 3 to 6 months...since my stay is only for 6 months i would want to know if he can work from there (esp. when he is not going to earn in USD).
Pls suggest.
