Need Help on H1 Based Parole

Hi all i got my H1 Extention.. and on my passport my visa sticker has been expired... now if i go to INDIA with ADVANCE PAROLE then still i need to go to get STEMP from Mumbai embassy.. or i will be fine with ADVANCE PAROLE when come back to USA... as everybody know that getting sticker from any embassy its HASSAL and may be LUCK..

Plz Can somebody give me answer ASAP..

The word is Visa, not STEMP or sticker.
You can certainly return with AP, but then you will not be in H1 status and will need to use EAD to work. Your dependents if they are in H4 status will be out of status. You may want to consult an attorney on this matter.

Can i have some ideas abt this type of PAROLE
