i hav 2 questions-
am married to a us citizen .but i came to the states with visitors visa(b2).can i do an ajustment of status before filing thru marriage?

next,am a medical doc yet to apply for a residency,can i use the EAP(employment advance parole) to start my programme; since am married to a citizen and going to apply instead of the usual j1 or H1 visas for foreign docs coming to us

regarding to apply for the Adjustment of Status i dont think is possible if you dont have a I-130 Approved first and due to the fact that you are married with a USC your process wont take that long. what i suggest you to do is get all the papers for the I-130 and the I-485(AOS), with the fees of each one of the Forms and send them all together. good luck with that
