At first, thinks for everyone's help.
My current status is in AOS, filing I-485 and receiving receipt in last September.
No advanced parole was filed concurrently.
After filing, I got laid off in last November so I loss the H-1.
Right now, the AOS is still in pending status and not even receive the appointment, but I need to leave United States ASAP for few months due to emerging event in my family.
So can I just leave now and apply AOS later?
If not, does anyone know how long it gonna take for advance parole filing?
