Where to send EAD application

Hello,

I live in Michigan, I have filed my I485 at nebraska service center. I want to renew my EAD, I dont know which office it was filed previously. I called USCIS and they told me to file at phoenix lockbox and thats what is mentioned in form, but I heard through somebody that I have to file at nebraska service center. Please let me know which office I need to file my EAD. Also, for the documents to be submitted should I send copies of all previous EAD and the letter that came with it or just the last EAD and letter that I received.

Check USCIS website if you can e-File this application. If yes, the system will automatically generate the correct address to send supporting documentation. Otherwise search the USCIS website for 'I-765 instructions', they will have the correct address.
