EAD query

Hi,
I am on L2 visa and e filed I765 for my EAD. Its been already 90 days i didnt get any update from them.
When I called to the customer care one person is saying that they sent the biometric letter but i never get it in these 3 months.

I would like to re apply again for the EAD is that ok or i should not apply again for the EAD?

Have you received a denial? If not why re-apply? Make sure they have the correct address and ask them to send the notice again.

thanks for the reply.

I didnt get any sort of communication until now from them.
whenever i called they are saying me to wait 30 days, even if i call after 30 days.

i have no clue about the status of my application.
