Do we need to Renew/repply for EAD after India Visit

I am on L2. I got my EAD on Oct 2010. Its valid till 2013 and my L2 is also valid till 2013. I am planning to visit India next month. Do i need to reapply/renew after my return? The EAD says "Its is not valid after reentry to US".

It says 'not valid FOR reentry'. Read carefully. That only means that you need a visa in your passport for re-entry. EAD remains valid.
