I applied for EAD and my case is pending in the immigration court. I have renewed this EAD four times. Although my case is still pending, it has been shifted to 2013. Do I need my finger prints to be done before I can apply for a renewal of my EAD or the DHS will renew my EAD without the biometrics? I say this because my finger print is already expired and if I do another finger print now, it will still expire before my individual hearing in 2013. Thanks
