Birth certificate - I485(EAD)

Hi, I got two problems with my birth certiticate.

1. I dont have my name on the birth certificate, may be my parents did not name me by that time they registered my birth in records.
2. Birth date in my birth certificate is different from Birth date in my passport and all education certicates.

Can you please suggest me what should i have to do, to get it fixed.

Where are you from? if you don't mind answering... I can tell there is a huge mess here, sorry! I strongly recommend you to get a lawyer (a foreign one); it will be much better for your case before involving in any immigration process!
