Hi I just got this past friday my employment authorization and advance parole after apply for a green card thru marriage. I have a couple questions, hopefully someone can help me:

I got a SS with my J1 visa and has my maidden name, what I can do to change to my married name and also what I have to do to change my SS that works for job?

What removal procedings means? I asking that because I was out of status more than 180 days. I have my church wedding in september, how long immigration usually takes to send the date and time for the interview after the biometrics?

Depending where you live! Why do you need an advance parole? To travel? If you have been out of status before, don't live the country (USA) because you cannot get back even you are marrying an US citizen! So be careful!!!
