L2 rejected last week- Can I apply EAD in a month's time?

Hi All,

Need an urgent help and guidance.

My company had applied blanket L1-A for me and it got rejected last week.

The only option I now have is to apply for L2 and travel with my husband and then apply EAD once in US

Is there some rule that if my L1 A is rejected once, I cannot apply for EAD immediately?

Is there any relation that L1A got rejected, EAD will not be accepted as well?

Kindly confirm .

Both are unrelated, however you cannot work until you have EAD in hand.
