Travelling in AP or H1visa?

Hi,
I am currently working on H1 visa and i also have EAD, haven't applied for AP. I have an urgent office trip to india and wondering which is better? travelling in H1 or AP?
I know it takes 2 months to get AP, can i apply AP and go to india in H1?
I need to go for visa stamping in india. So will that( no stamping in passport) create any problems for my travel?
So if in case i have trouble in visa stamping can i use the AP ? assuming i would get the AP within that time.

Is there anyway to get AP in few days?

I think you need to have an AP even if you don't plan to use it. Consult an attorney.

Is it ok if we apply the AP and then travel out of country for the business meeting?

I think not. AP must be approved before your leave the US, but then again consult an experienced attorney.
