Can i fill up EAD (I-765) With my A# given on my NTA (Notice To Appear) and Eligible to as (a) (10) which is Granted or withholding of deportation..does anyone tried to get EAD while on process of deportation.Does it change my status and or help to stay and work on the USA legally ?
