I am married to a US citizen. Currently, I am in Massachusetts. I have applied for the I-130 and I-485 both of which are pending..( i have the received date and notice date).Currently I am out of status and waiting.
My question is
1) Am I eligible to apply for EAD
2) Under which category do I apply( to me it seems like its c9 category..am i right?)
3) Where do I apply for the EAD card? ( I applied my I-130 and I-485 to the chicago lock box...since I applied after decemnber 1 2004)...( So should I apply to the Vermont Office, Boston Office, or Chicago lock Box address)
4) Is it possible for me to go to the locanl INS Office at Boston and apply in person
5)Is it approved on the same date if I go the local Ins office...or if not how long is the APPROXIMATE time for it
