EAD renewal based on I-94

Hi,

I have questions about my wife EAD renewal.

Scenario:
Primary Applicant information -
L1B Visa Expiry date : 26 Jul, 2012
L1 , I-94 validity : 20 Feb, 2014

Dependent information -
L2 dependent Visa Expiry date : 26 Jul, 2012
I-94 validity : same as visa expiry date it means 26 Jul, 2012
EAD expiry date : 26 Jul, 2012

Q1 - My company will not file my visa renewal as i have I-94 valid till 2014, can we get renewal of My dependent I-94 (same as mine)?

Q2 - She(dependent) is having EAD valid till her visa expiry date, can we get EAD renewal based on her new I94? If yes then when should be apply for her I94 renewal and EAD renewal?

I am waiting for expert advice ....Thank you in advance.

Did you get any resolution or answer? I am going through same issue and have no concrete solution.

My wife's EAD(L2) is expiring next month, but she has I94 till next year. Can we file EAD extension because we have valid I94 till next year?
