EAD Application

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my EAD without my lawyer (very low with cash) and I am quite confuse which particular Service Center should I send them even thou i already read the ff url https://www.immihelp.com/us-immigrat...-document.html.
Here's some info about me:
*Applied for I485 at Nebraska last 2007 and now still pending.
*Currently living in California.
*Working with H1

hopefully someone confident GURO could help me with my inquiries.

I am running out of time as my old EAD is going to expire on May. Can anybody answer on Question pls?
