Hi, 1 month ago, I have my EAD got approved. I am on H1. I am planning to join a company where I am working as a consultant. My and my families I-485 process is going on. What problem would I face if I decide to join new company. Would my current employer be able to cancel or stop processing
I-485. How long should I wait to join new company since EAD approved very recently. I don't have any originals and my lawyer has it. I just have receipts of all approval notices. Lawyer is sponsered by my company.
