Hi,
I have a question regarding international travel for students on OPT.
I am an F1 student on OPT and employed dull time. My 12 month OPT period expires on 7/10/2012. I have started the process for the OPT STEM extension and am awaiting my new I20. I have travel plans to go to India and return to the US before my OPT period expires on 7/10/2012.
While on my trip I will have
1 - my OPT I20 that I received when I applied for 12 month OPT period
2 - my new I20 for OPT STEM extension
3 - my 12 month OPT EAD card with me which expires on 7/10/2012 (I plan to return before this date) .
I will however, not have my OPT STEM extension EAD card.
Will I have any problem during Reentry if I travel to India?
