Change Employer after EAD
Hello there, I applied for my EAD/AP/485 together first week of Feb. My prioroty date is Oct-2009 on EB2. I just saw today that my EAD status is Card/ Document Production. They ordered card for me on April 3rd. I will be recieving the EAD card in next 30 days.
I would like to know when i am eligible to change my employer. There is a good chance that my client will offer me a FT position but i would like to get my GC without any issues even if i take the new offer. My status for AP is Initial review & 485 is Acceptance. If you can provide me some more info on how long will it take for AP/485 it'll be great.
