I want to apply EAD for my spouse(L2 Visa) .She came to USA in March 2012.Is it fine to aply for her EAD now as she is going back to INDIA at end of this month and would return back in july End.
OR
Should i apply it after her return in july end as she will get New I-94 upon her return.
