Changing the job on EAD (EB2-NIW Category)
Hi There
My priority date was Oct 2009 and got my EAD in April 2012 while i am working on my H1B-4th year. I had to go to India for a short trip and entered US on Advance parole. Now my question is - can i change my job? Since i have applied on EB2-NIW category (no attorney, self petitioner) which doesn't require any permanent job offer but i justified my application stating the importance of my job in the cover letter. If i change my job from academia (current job) to Industry, should i go with the same designation or a different one? What are the requirements that i should keep in mind to apply for a job? Currently working as a Research associate in veterinary bio-sciences department with molecular biology background. Is it the background that should match the new job or duties or title??
