EAD Renewal for spouse - errors in form
Hi,
My husband and I have been on EAD from 2008. His employment based I 485 is pending. We have renewed EAD before without any issues. This time on my form only I think I made an error in the column where it asks for basis of pending I 485, I put family based ( in my husband's we put employment based). My receipt number started with SRC before but now it is MSC and they asked to send the documents to Missouri instead of Texas as before. Now I got NOA and new biometrics appointment. Any suggestions on what I can do...go to local USCIS office and explain or just go to biometrics and see id there is an RFE?
