Hi,
My EAD is expiring on Sept 13, 2012 and I have just sent my papers to the attorney who should be filing it next week. Two questions;
1. Does anyone have a real experience how long it took for the EAD to be approved.
2. If the EAD is approved but I do not get the card before the expiration date do I need leave my existing job and then hope the employer will rehire me after I get the card.
