EAD/AP, AC21 and travel to India
Hi, I have an EAD and AP and recently filed AC21 (after I changed the company 2 years back).. I'm planning to go to India for a vacation next month. Could you please answer the following questions I have?
1. What all documents I need to carry when I come back from India? If anyone have recently vistied India with EAD/AP/AC21 could you please share your experience at port of entry.
2. My EAD card will expire in 4 months, so when I come back it will be 3 months left for expiration. Will there be a problem like you need to have 6 months of expiration or so?
