Hi All,
We are planning to file(Only when the dates are current) I-485/ EAD/Advance Payrole in EB-2 as our priority date is Sep 5th 2007 in EB3. And am planning to travel India on it, as my both daughters are in India. My husband is on H1, if he continues to work on H1 without using EAD. Will my status(h4) get change to EAD, even if he is not using it? If yes, suppose If I return back on EAD/AP, Does it effect my husband's status? Can he continue to work on H1? and myself working on EAD?
Please help.
