Hi,
Am on L2 visa. I've received EAD card which is valid from Aug 08th, 2012 to Sept 25th, 2012. Currently, am not working.
My husband's I-94 is upto Sept 25th, 2012. His employer has recently filed the documents for visa extension.
My question is: Is it safe to apply for EAD renewal with L1 extension receipt? or do i need to wait until I receive my husband's new I-94.
Please advise.
