Hi, I am from India and working in India itself. I have a situation here - I have a valid H1B VISA till Dec'13 but I still not have flied to US by my current employer. Recently, I stuck in a situation where they are harassing me and have decided not to fly me. Even, if I'll fly in near future there is no use due to environment developed here.
I want to change my employer in India and want to fly from new employer. I have a contract signed between my current employer and me which states that I have to give them a good amount that they have put on my Visa filing. Also, they can create problem in relieving letter.
Please guide in this situation as I can't take action against them.
