Career Options in the US for Company Secretary Qualification

Hi All,

My fiance has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from India and she has also done C.S. (Company Secretary) from the Institue of Company Secretaries of India. She had been working in India as a company secretary for past four years. I would very much appreciate any advice on what would be the career opportunities for her here in the USA.
