Hi All,
I am on H1B. Working for YYYY client through vendor A.My contract got ended and i decided to move to new vendor B(who is also my new employer) and work for same client in which client have no issues.
Now vendor A is telling that i cannot work for client ZZZ.How critical is it?Does Vendor A sue me?I have signed a non-solicitation agreement form with vendor A.Please suggest.
