Recommendations on jobs for new green card holders over 60 years old

My mom is 64, and she wants to work. Any ideas where she could find a job with health insurance benefits?
Her English is "so so", but she's a pretty healthy and energetic woman.

Well, with the Affordable Care Act, the health care from lower-wage work thing might go bye bye. Trader Joe's used to be the place to go, but now I think they're going to nix it. Still, the exchanges are good places for health insurance, and if she makes very little, she'll likely pay little or nothing. Supermarket jobs might be the way to go, or places like the Dollar Tree. Costco might work too, and they're a great employer.
