Hello there,
I was offered a job by US company and they are willing to file for H1B processing. I was sent an offer letter and a contract letter.
The contract letter states the following. I'm worried about "Recoupment of Employer’s Costs" section of the contract. Can anyone clarify on this how this affects legally If I leave the employer before required 2years ? Contract letter doesn't say anything about the actual "Retention cost" amount which I may need to pay if situation arises.
Quick response is much appreciated as I need to accept the offer soon if this is fine.
