I got a job offer from an Employer in New Jersy and I reside in Pennsylvania. The offer letter asks for a 15 month bond. And In case if I leave the firm before 15 months, I have to pay 2000 for each of the month not served. IS THIS LEGAL?
Can the employer sue me if I do not pay this amount and quit before 15 months? Can he file any charges against me?
