    Starting a business: S Corp or LLC

    Hello:
    My friend and I are thinking to start a small business. Both of us are married.
    We are debating what is best: LLC or an S corp. Initially we will not have employees, but eventually we will have to hire one or two.

    Can the forum advise on what is best?
