The following provides a detail description and country list which requires immigration and which doesn't. I am starting my own LLC company with a partner in U.A.E and i recently got my visa as a partner of the company. My old passport had a stamp stating immigration not required and new passport was issued to me outside India and has no such stamp but as per the following link, if you do not have any kind stamp means, it does not require immigration check. But then it goes to say that 18 middle eastern countries does require it but for employment. As i am an Employer and not an employee, does that mean its an exception? I have asked around and some say i need to check and some i don't, so not really sure how to proceed with it.
