Hi Friends,
I came to US through Company A with H1B Visa.I have signed services Agreement before coming to onstite.
It has 6 clause.One of the clause is stated as follows.
1) That I shall continue to work at the specified overseas location for a term not less than two years or such other terms whichever is stipulated by Company A,whichever is less ,from the date of deputation at the overseas location. - I have completed two years service.
2) I agree to Serve Company A India for 6 months from the date of return to India from Overseas assignment.
Since I have not return to India and not served for 6 months,they are asking me to pay the money.
After one year my onsite assignment,I got released from project and moved to different project.
Please advise what I need to do.
