Hi friends
i have finished my diploma and then joined 2nd year b.tech and finished my b.tech.For the past one year i was working in a company .when i went for visa approval for H1b
they said that my visa is refused under the act 221(g) and they added that they will send my form to USCIS and then they will reply me after 2 months.i dont know what is that 221(g) act ?pls friends if any body now about that act u pls tel me very urgent .....i dont know what to do now?should i apply again for my visa or they them self will cal me?
