Employer changing agreement

My state is Colorado

I signed one agreement with my employer before he process my H1B.
I got the H1B and joined a project at a client place. Now my employer is asking me to sign an another agreement which has some conditions not acceptable to me.

Can i refuse to sign on the new agreement as i have already signed one before i join him?

Can he fire me for this reason?

just keep delaying to sign the agreement until you get 2-3 paystubs. As soon as you get the paystubs, change your employer.
