Software consultants planning to move back to India
Does anyone know the best way to apply to IT companies in India? Most of the job search sites like naukri and monsterindia list advertisements by consulting companies. Also, since most of us have worked as software consultant programmers here for the past 4/5/6 years, what job level can we apply for (team lead, project manager, ..) ? Please share success stories of your friends who have moved back. The approx pay and position to expect, etc.
