I came to US last yr December. My employer is a desi consultant and hasn't paid me for december,jan. I told him to generate a pay stub for feb atleast till i find a job.
I'm staying in small city where there r not many jobs. With great difficulty I found a job in one company and they r ready to transfer my H1.
Now the question is for H1 transfer 1 needs 2-3 pay slips which I don't have..I will get only pay slip for Fed in March.
Could anyone suggest me what should I tell the company who is going to hire me. I got to meet the HR tomorrow..
Please suggest me ASAP.
