Does anyone know about Infoyogi as a company in california and their performance?

Plz Stay away from this company

Am still a current employee and am leaving the company ... and alas ! here comes a lot of restrictions. In US, it is "at-will" employment. Binding contracts or too restrictive contracts are illegal.

Infoyogi is openly practicing whatever is termed Illegal. Here are the bindings an employee goes through.

- 18 months of agreement (not legal to bind an H1 like this)

- Penalty charges of $8000 (again not legal ..)

"..the employer may not require the worker to pay a penalty for leaving employment prior to any agreed date. "

- Will either hold back your paystubs or send one paystub in 2 months, so that you can't get your H1 transferred (indirect binding ..not legal)

- No bench payment (like all other desi companies)

If one still likes to get binded by all these illegal things, then good luck !

This company is located in Santa Clara, CA…………..

They will not give proper salary. For everybody, they will mention 50K salary neglecting the experience and skill sets and, they will not give paystubs. Before joining they will collect USD1500 which is non refundable. If anybody leaves the company by giving 15 days notice, they will not give last salary. Even while recruiting, they will not mention anything about bench pay. Before joining they say some salary but after joining they will not give that salary.

During joining time, they will mention 10 days paid vacation holiday in a year but if client is having holiday then Infoyogi will cut the salary on that day or they will reduce from 10 days holiday vacation. Even in bench they will not pay penny. IF you relocate to any other place, they will not refund completely. You have to pay medical insurance for your family from your pocket. Medical insurance given for employees are not covered for dental and eye.

They will not allow to apply EAD and AP. They will process GC only for employee not for family. They don’t have much clients and keeps a margin very high; due to this reason employees will be in the bench.

While joining they will not say the above story becoz they are very good marketing ppl and they don't have any ethics...........

Be cautios before joining this company. This company has already under investigation from Dept of Labor.

Infoyogi is a fraud company.

1. They were sued once already.
2. Now and then they have problem from IRS.
3. Labour dept. calls and audits there office regularly and there employees all over USA. If held guilty, employees have to travel back to their homeland or go be behind bars. Even during visa interview they are looked suspeciously.
4. They cheat their employees. Not payed properly. They never give anything in writing but inturn force employees to sign all kinds of documents to hold him/her with them for long time.
5. They don't mention about all these documents when they are getting the candidates, but once the candidates are in USA they force them to sign this and the candidates have no other alternative if wants to work in USA.
6. Very less salary compared to market, little or no clients, most of the time candidates are in bench. During bench period, candidates are payed 0$ even if they are on salary basis.
7. No1 fraud company.

PS: Do not join this company at any point of time.

- I was referred to Infoyogi by my friend. Was interviewed and got the offer. Once the H1B was filed they had given the WAC number and was checking the status online and all the time Infoyogi was in constant touch with me informing the status too. Once H1B came they gave complete freedom for me to choose the dates for stamping and ensured that I give sufficient notice to my Indian employer before arriving to US.
- From the time I have landed Infoyogi guys personally picked me from the airport, put me in the apartment (i remember they even gave me pillow and blankets), took me to bank, social security office, picked me and droped me to my apartment until I was familiar with the area and American culture. Infact, they used to take me to afternoon lunches the first few weeks too.
- Infoyogi ensured that I am involved in projects which enhances my professional skills have always cheered me up to grow professionally and have always encouraged me to grow up my personal skills culturally also.
- Every six months my salary was incremented and they filed my Green Card and I have right now have my EAD, but still working with Infoyogi
- All through these 3 years Infoyogi has always been caring for me.
- The best part is I have referred 8 of my friends and all the 8 friends have the same experience, respect and feeling of Infoyogi.

I like my work, love my family and thank Infoyogi for all the professional growth I am getting here in USA. and I recommend Infoyogi whole heartedly.

2. I was referred to Infoyogi by my friend. Was interviewed and got the offer. Once the H1B was filed they had given the WAC number and was checking the status online and all the time Infoyogi was in constant touch with me informing the status too. :-Infoyogi will not conduct any interview and, they randomly call the person and send the offer letter where all desi consultant follow the same steps in US. WAC number will be issued by USCIS and not by Infoyogi. So their is no point of informing the status. Even stamping date will be available on VFS-USA website not from Infoyogi website. Here all desi consultant will do the something because these consultant are not big as yahoo, Microsoft or Google .... I don’t understand in the second paragraph why you bluffed so much.......

From the time I have landed Infoyogi guys personally picked me from the airport, put me in the apartment (i remember they even gave me pillow and blankets), took me to bank, social security office, picked me and droped me to my apartment until I was familiar with the area and American culture. :- Only VP, president & one recruituing person is present in the office, so naturally either one of them should pick up and, as per DOL LAW company should provide apartment until we get a job, but these company will provide only for 15 days. One more thing, I would like to mention about apartment, they will bring 4 or 5 guys in a single bed room. Opening a bank account is not big deal even common person knows to open an account. Maybe they may take you 1 or 2 days for lunch (when you are new) not everybody.

4.- Infoyogi ensured that I am involved in projects which enhances my professional skills have always cheered me up to grow professionally and have always encouraged me to grow up my personal skills culturally also.

:- From Infoyogi, I didn’t see any guys was working with their previous domain exp. They all change the resume (I mean **** resume). As per my knowledge, new guys will sit in the bench for minimum 2 to 3 months without salary. There is no growth in Infoyogi starting from the first day and, will spoil your career. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!


5 Every six months my salary was incremented and they filed my Green Card and I have right now have my EAD, but still working with Infoyogi.

:- This is false information and increment will be done after one year and, to get an increment you have to be ready for fight.

6. All through these 3 years Infoyogi has always been caring for me.

:- I don’t understand why these two or three innocent guys have stick to Infoyogi without any benefits.

7. The best part is I have referred 8 of my friends and all the 8 friends have the same experience, respect and feeling of Infoyogi.

:- I think you are living in the well, you don’t have any idea what’s happening outside the well. When 99% of Infoyogi employees are not satisfied then how come you are only one person satisfied? Did Infoyogi has given any extra backup which is not given to any other employees.


I don’t feel Infoyogi is good company for growth or career, infact you will loose all your career growth !!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!11

Why don't you post the full names of the employers who you claim as frauds and give full contact details of the same too.

Additionally, give the address of the "apartment" where they place 4-5 consultants at a time.

Any pictures or document images will be very helpful.

If you feel that the company is indeed a fraud (I have no idea of this company), then please do take some of your valuable time out and send detailed written complaints yourself to DOL, USCIS, your local senators and representatives, not to mention the local news papers and the Home Ministry in India.

Wow!! this sounds like standard movie jail story...like police (infoyogi..) and victim's (consultants)..Did your employer had any jail experience?? I have heard of other things but not something like you said...."i remember they even gave me pillow and blankets" ...majority of your listed experience looks like you are being given royal jail treatment ...and very similar to typical chor police type movie story.....

When You first posted your views on 30th Jan I requested you on 30th Jan itself to encourage 8 of your other friends to come forward and post thier views about the company where they are supposed to be comfortable with. Today it is 6th Feb and none of your friends came forward to post their views.
Conclussion- They are not comfortable and do not want to come forward.
