Consulting companies..most of them are frauds and give you a hard time.some of them dont even do your H1 visa and they give you late paychecks and I had to literally beg for my own pay-check.
I sincerely suggest searching for jobs elsewhere.Thats my stand on these clowns and they **** your resume.I had no expereince n they made a **** resume showing 6 years expereince. Gave me a hard time,avoid "indian consultants" they are useless and a disgrace.One word ...they are "loosers".
Avoid these people. Best is to get a job in a proper company not a indian-consultant.

I honestly dont know about this consulting firm, but seeing the name itself I knew it was a "indian consultant" and the chances of u finding a decent consultant is 1 in a million.
Thats my view and if you want to go ahead and take the risk...then thats fine.

Ok, I got more information on this.

There are around 50 cases pending in the Labour court of NJ for claiming the wages. They are not paying to the employees.

It is learned that, lot of people are trying to file a case against Vishu from Xtreme Worldwide Solutions INC. He escaped without paying to the employees.

The company is closed without any information and lot of GC cases are denied by USCIS

Try searching in google with the keyword "xtremews" You will find people trying to file case against this.

In another posting, you queried about the posting of topcatin on Indian Consultancy.He had given his experience how he was cheated. Now you yourself agree the company about whom you have asked in this thread is fraud.
As suggested by topcatin, it is better to search an American company and work happily rather than suffering at the hands of the so called desi consutantants.

Not all the Indian companies are bad. Not all American companies are good. I am working happily for a Indian company. I don't have any issues with him. Coming to the other post where I inquired topcatin is to know why he is so against indian companies.

Regarding this XTREME company, I am sure they are cheaters.. I don't suggest anyone to go with XTREME... but I am not generalizing to all Indian Companies.

"hmm its wrong to generalize"...many have told me this. But I will stick what I said because 9/10 people who work for consultants will have some problem or the other. On the other hand, 9/10 people will have no issues or problems with an American company.Even American consulting companies are good unlike Indian-consultancies. But from what I have experienced and seen many people complain, the "wrong to generalize" doesnt come here...its a fact that they are a pain to work for. They are never transparent and give you lame answers if you ask anything.
Indian consulting companies may say "we will pay 80000" ,"you cannot get job anywhere with this experience"...all of these are big-LIES. They dont stick to anything they say and most important of all you have the peace of mind working for a American company even if they pay lesser than the indian-consulting. Peace of mind is what counts.
