company change in H1b

Hi,

I am on H1b here at USA, If i will change the company what are the steps to be taken before resinging from my current employer.

Please advise.

1. Find a better employer and negotiate your salary, etc.
2. Gather all the papers required for the H1 -> copies of degree certificates, social security card, resume, 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, experience letters, last 2 paystubs, passport copy, previous H1b approval notices copy, I-94 copy.
3. Send these documents to the new employer.
4. After you receive I-797C, notify your employer that you would be joining a new company.

I recently came across a good company which you may want to consider switching to, its called Radiumsoft 404-380-1252. You would need to pay for the H1b transfer but they give very good pay.
