I am new the physician recruiter role at our company.

I know that we cannot offer HB-1 or J-1 Visa positions.

Would that also mean we cannot accept a Physician with “Political Asylum?”



Please contact me with the answer.

I think we would be able to offer the job because Political Asylum is different than the community needs/HB-1 or J-1 visas.

But, I need to make sure.

As long as the person has work permit, you can employ him/her.
