Hi all,

I got a call from this company( www.ucs-us.com) , and they are ready to sponsor my H1b, but they are asking me to deposit around 90,000/- which will be refunded back if I accept the visa. Infact they have also given me a h1b offer already...a letter saying they are offering me h1b.

ANybody knows about this or have been helped in geetting a visa...plz let me know, Wud be helpful to others in this blog also.

You should never pay a single pie to these people.They say all this in offer-letter but dont keep to their word.Trust me on this..indian-consultants are cheapos and beggars.As per law they should only pay for the visa,not the employee.Choice is yours and never give any original documents at any point.I wonder how these people will do the H1 now,there is a LOONG time for that ...the next is only in April 2008.
