ost of the emails we receive from employers in response to a negative experience about a particular company say something like 'remove posting about us immediately, or else we will take legal action against you'.
All threats will be completely ignored.
After all, most of the times, if someone is posting something, there must be a reason for that.
Employers need to send us the proof that posting is wrong or incorrect. We may be willing to consider requests on a case by case basis after looking at its merit.
e.g.,
1. XYZ company has only 2 employees while they claim that they have 15 employees.
e.g., employer needs to send the copy of their payroll document such as quarterly unemployment return to the prove how many employees they have.
2. They have been in business only for last 6 months while they claim they are in business for last 8 years.
e.g., send a copy of your incorporation certificate, articiles of incorporation, certificate from secretary of state etc. to prove when your company was established.
3. They are tier 4 vendors.
If that is not, show the proof that you are direct vendor of several companies.
4. They have one room office
If that is not true, send the copy of your office lease and/or the map and/or photos of your office.
5. If you are paying for H1 employee's ticket from his/her home country to come to USA, proof of the same.
6. They pay only after they get paid from client
Show the proof that you regularly pay your employees whether you get paid from client or not.
