Fraud Consultant!!!!

Hi All,

One of the cosultant in Hyderabad has charged me 30K (as an initial payment) for processing the H1b for year 2008. Unfortunately i didn't get H1b in the lottery process. When i'm requesting back my money, the consultant isn't returning back my money . what all actions i can take against such a fraud consultant.
Is it possible to file a Case against the Cosultant in the U.S. Department of Labor ?

What proof do you have about the payment? Look up WH4 form and complain to DOL.

You should realize it is illegal to pay for H1b.

Thanks Txh1b for your prompt response, There are couple of mails exchanged between the consultant & me. In one of mail the consultant himself has accepted that he had recieved the amount .i also have the copy of the cheque which i paid to them. Friends... please let me know the ways in which i can teach them a lesson so that they never repeat the same with any other H1b Aspirant.

Because many people like you will get cheated. If you dont expose them.
