Can someone help me with this situation.
I am here on L1 visa and due to some concerns i left my employer and now working for another employer (not authorized by USCIS) but i am into regular payroll. I would like to change my visa status to F1 before my visa date expires, which will be on March, 2010. On form I-539, there is a question related to employment history. It asks as to whether the employer is designated by the USCIS. Now my question is;
1. Can i say NO to the question and explanation my situation.
2. Can i just say yes and give the employer details as listed on my VISA.
