I obtained 5 years M entry B1B2 visa. When I entered US I got 6 months visa which expires on June 4th 2010. I got H1B job offer and employer is applying for my H1b visa in April this year. (1) Can I stay in US with H1B pending after June 4th? (2) Or should I apply for B1B2 extension? (3) Will the application for extension of B1B2 ruin my chances of getting H1B. (4) If I request a premium processing when am I likely to know the status of my visa application?
