US Born Indian baby

Hi,

I am currently working in USA with L1 Visa and my wife is about to deliver our baby in 3 weeks time. I would like to understand the below:

1. Can I apply for US Passport for my new baby and how long that process takes?
2. Can I apply for POI Card and how long this card is valid for baby?
3. With the above two, can baby be USA citizenship?
4. If our baby is USA citizenship, can I also get POI card and can apply for GC?
