my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year, and she invited her sister and niece to come visit her in the states (NJ).. both my aunt and her daughter got rejected, they showed all the property and everything...no help..neways..that was 2010. she wants to try again this year, everyone is telling me to just apply for her and not the daughter, which is fine. problem is, my brother is the only one in the family that is working..mom is on permanent disability, dad is retired. i am unemployed. so my brother is the working one. if anyone can help or direct me in the path i should go, i would be grateful.. thank you.
